CityPlace is one of the newer neighbourhoods to be welcomed into the city of Toronto along the Waterfront. Cityplace Condos was designed as a great condo development for professionals who don’t want a long commute downtown. CityPlace centres around Artspace Park, an accessible outdoor gallery. What NOT to Expect: Single-family homes. CityPlace is a downtown neighbourhood with all the amenities condo life offers, combined with community events and local businesses.
