CityPlace is one of the newer neighbourhoods to be welcomed into the city of Toronto along the Waterfront. Cityplace Condos was designed as a great condo development for professionals who don’t want a long commute downtown. CityPlace centres around Artspace Park, an accessible outdoor gallery. The huge red canoe in Canoe Landing Park is already a Toronto landmark, and delights locals and motorists driving by on the Gardiner Expressway. The Cityplace neighbourhood has the benefit of being near the Entertainment District. Venues like The CN Tower, The Air Canada Centre, and Rogers Centre are walking distance. What NOT to Expect: Single-family homes. CityPlace is a downtown neighbourhood with all the amenities condo life offers, combined with community events and local businesses.

A Day in the Life: Start your day with water views from your condo. Walk to Cafe 66 for a hot coffee, and drink it across the street at Canoe Landing Park. Knit a hat for your niece at a Jumblies Theatre workshop. Meet friends there and head to the Rogers Centre for the baseball game.
