What to Expect: Walkability and commutability. You can walk to a variety of restaurants serving food from many different cultures. There are also grocery stores, and many retail shops. Parks are only a five to ten minute walk away, including the expansive David Balfour Park. Enjoy the nature trails and ravine, then walk home to your urban condo. Commuting is very easy, since St. Clair subway station is located here. There are also buses running along Yonge Street, and streetcars on St. Clair Avenue West. If you want to drive it will take about twenty minutes to get to the Don Valley Parkway or Lakeshore Boulevard. There are also schools, churches, and a public library. 

What NOT to Expect: If you are looking for Toronto’s entertainment venues, you'll need to commute to theatre, nightclubs, or concert venues. Don't worry though, the commute is always a quick one!
