Moss Park is a downtown neighbourhood very close to the core of downtown Toronto. The broader Moss Park neighbourhood is considered to be bordered by Parliament and Jarvis, with Carlton Street to the north and Front Street to the south. The neighbourhood centres around the large public park where the Moss Park Armoury sits. Residents can hop on the 501 Queen Streetcar to various downtown shopping and dining destinations. Or, walk to concerts at Massey Hall, shop at the Eaton Centre, dine in the Distillery District, and explore unique vendors at St Lawrence Market. Similarly to Regent Park neighbourhood, Moss Park real estate is popular with investors and those looking for more for their money downtown. What NOT to Expect: A lot of single family homes and quiet streets. The neighbourhood is primarily taller buildings, so if you're in the market for a detached home Moss Park might not be your top choice.

Then meet friends at St James Park for a game of frisbee before strolling through the historic and vibrant St Lawrence Market.
