Greenwood-Coxwell is a neighbourhood that is often referred to as “up-and-coming,” but in reality, it’s already arrived. The area is popular with young families and those seeking single family homes or low rise condos. Near Leslieville and the Upper Beaches, Greenwood-Coxwell is a pleasant place to live at a still more affordable price than some other east-end neighbourhoods.
