East Danforth neighbourhood is also referred to as Danforth Village, and is located just north of the Upper Beaches. It is a community that is built right along Danforth Avenue, roughly from Greenwood Avenue to Victoria Park Avenue. The nearest highway is Lakeshore Boulevard, which is about a fifteen minute drive away. In terms of residential housing, East Danforth is a mixture of single family homes, apartments, and condominiums. 

What NOT to Expect: If you want quieter streets, you'll want to seek a home for sale a further off the Danforth. However, the close proximity of Danforth Avenue also means convenience and accessible transit.
