Sixty Loft condos are located at 60 Bathurst Street and 60 Niagara Street in the King West neighbourhood. These King West condos stand out on their block, with soaring glass windows, glass balconies, and cool red accents. Sixty Lofts are no less impressive on the inside. Exposed concrete and ducts add an industrial style to the space, while high ceilings and huge windows let in lots of light. Sixty Lofts on the top floor are really cool, since they are the only two storey lofts in the building. Enjoy entertaining in the party room, or meet your neighbours for a BBQ on the scenic rooftop deck. Condos for sale in King West, including Sixty Lofts are near restaurants, bars, clubs, and cafes along King Street West. Quickly get to the Entertainment District, the Rogers Centre, and CN Tower.
