The Vinegar Co Lofts are a beautiful old-meets-new loft conversion, with hard lofts in the original heritage building and soft lofts in the top two newly added floors. Located at 19 River Street, this building was (you guessed it!), a warehouse for a vinegar company called Queen City Vinegar Co in the early 1900's. If you look up, the name of the vinegar company can still be found above the historic entrance to the building!
