Trinity Bellwoods is a neighbourhood where free spirits can explore and unwind. Located off of Queen Street West, and centring around the incredible Trinity Bellwoods Park, the area has a lot to love. Queen West has a variety of eclectic shops, as well as popular bars and restaurants. There are a mixture of charming Victorian-era homes, leafy boulevards, and a number of well designed lofts in the area that allow condo buyers to enjoy living here too. It’s a small pocket of Toronto that is home to great recreation, one-of-a kind shopping, nightclubs, bars, and cool dining options. The Trinity Bellwoods neighbourhood offers a relaxed urban lifestyle surrounded by eclectic businesses and exceptional parkland.

Trinity Bellwoods Park, of course! The park is the hub of the tight-knit community, with a Community Recreation Centre, a dog park, skating rink, tennis courts, and a Farmer’s Market. The community centre has a pool and an indoor gym. Outside, you can have a picnic, take the kids to the playground, or even go fly a kite! It is a rare and wonderful place to enjoy nature and outdoor activities in a busy city.

What to Expect: Easy commutes and creative energy. Major streets of Dundas, Ossington, Bathurst, and Queen West border the neighbourhood, which means you can always find a nearby bus, streetcar or subway station to get anywhere- fast. Other than painting in the park, there are plenty of places to explore your artistic side. Artscape Youngplace is a non-profit offering programs based on art, culture, and community. The Lower Ossington Theatre is a cozy space for a show, and art galleries add some eye candy to the neighbourhood. For nighttime entertainment, there are plenty patios, bars, pubs, and clubs in Trinity Bellwoods. 


What NOT to Expect: If you're driving, it can take longer during rush hour, so plan extra time. It takes about twenty minutes to get to the Gardiner Expressway or Lakeshore Boulevard. To get downtown, the subway is the fastest choice.


A Day in the Life: Wake up with a view of trees from your Trinity Bellwoods condo. Get a cold coffee at Tampered Press across from the park. Meet your friends at the Farmers Market and pick up some fresh cheeses. Drop off the produce before going to the art gallery for your friends show. After getting lunch, head home and dress up for a night out. First, see a play at Lower Ossington Theatre, then get dinner and drinks at Bellwoods Brewery. Walk home through the park and enjoy a night cap with friends on your condo balcony.
