Moss Park is a downtown neighbourhood very close to the core of downtown Toronto. The broader Moss Park neighbourhood is considered to be bordered by Parliament and Jarvis, with Carlton Street to the north and Front Street to the south. The neighbourhood centres around the large public park where the Moss Park Armoury sits. Residents can hop on the 501 Queen Streetcar to various downtown shopping and dining destinations. Or, walk to concerts at Massey Hall, shop at the Eaton Centre, dine in the Distillery District, and explore unique vendors at St Lawrence Market. Similarly to Regent Park neighbourhood, Moss Park real estate is popular with investors and those looking for more for their money downtown. Moss Park has charming historic loft buildings with plenty of character, and there are more condo developments currently in pre-construction. Proximity to entertainment destinations. Residents in Moss Park can walk to many of Toronto's most popular entertainment venues, shopping, and dining. What to Expect: Convenient access to downtown. Moss Park neighbourhood includes Queen St East and Dundas St East, so commuters can easily hop on the TTC to anywhere they want to go. Residents can also walk to Yonge Street restaurants and downtown entertainment, so a fun time is never far from your front door!

What NOT to Expect: A lot of single family homes and quiet streets. The neighbourhood is primarily taller buildings, so if you're in the market for a detached home Moss Park might not be your top choice. 

A Day in the Life: Walk past the large park to a fifties style diner on Richmond St East for breakfast. Then meet friends at St James Park for a game of frisbee before strolling through the historic and vibrant St Lawrence Market. Have lunch at the market, followed by a latte at a gourmet coffee place on Jarvis. As the evening rolls around hop on the Queen Streetcar to Scotiabank Theatre to see the latest superhero movie before getting dinner on a downtown patio. Return home to your Moss Park condo in a few minutes and have a nightcap on your balcony.
