Flemingdon Park

What to know and love about this Toronto neighbourhood

Welcome to Flemingdon Park

Flemingdon Park is a popular condo neighbourhood in Toronto’s North York region. It is bordered by Eglinton Avenue East to the north and the Don River on all other sides. Located just south of Don Mills, it was originally extensive farmland owned by the Fleming family. There is still plenty of green space here and the Don River adds natural beauty to the area. Residents of Flemingdon Park live primarily in tall apartment buildings and condos, many with great views of parkland. The most famous building in Flemingdon Park is the Ontario Science Centre, which delights people from across the country. There are many children living in the area who can attend local schools, visit the library, or play in the parks. The Don Valley Parkway is within the neighbourhood, so commuting is easy from Flemingdon Park. The Crosstown LRT line is coming soon to Eglinton Avenue, so commuting in Flemingdon Park will be even easier in years to come.
