Brock Lofts are an intimate two-storey warehouse conversion just north of Queen Street West. Located at 27-31 Brock Avenue, this former industrial building was built in the early 1900’s with a modest red brick exterior. Many cool features from the building’s earlier days as a Refrigerator Factory have been preserved in Brock Lofts. They have beautiful exposed brick walls, 12-18 foot high wood ceilings, exposed ductwork, hardwood floors, and original wood beams.
