Tannery Lofts

The Tannery Lofts are a "brick and beam" loft conversion in Regent Park neighbourhood downtown. The building was formerly a  factory for cigar packaging and later soap, but is likely named after buildings in the area that had been tanneries. Located at 736 Dundas Street East, these Toronto lofts are near more recently added destinations such as the Regent Park Aquatic Centre and Daniels Spectrum Cultural Centre. They are even near wonderful Riverdale Farm. The interior of these lofts are stunning, with 10-13 foot high ceilings and huge warehouse windows that flood the space with light. The Tannery Lofts feature exposed brick walls, ducts, and timber beams. Most of the Regent Park condos for sale at 736 Dundas St East are one bedroom lofts, though the bedrooms are larger than in most condominiums. Some units even have private decks! The Dundas Streetcar is right outside, so you can get to Yonge-Dundas Square in ten minutes or head east to Leslieville.
